This skirt has a shirring in the back so it can fit a small to medium. I'm 5'1 or 155cm tall and it falls right under my knee. I've only worn it out twice so it's still pretty new. I have a dog but she's hypoallergenic and hasn't been allowed near my room or my closet. No cats and No Smoking household. Pictures above were taken with one petticoat underneath.
