Adjustable hoop skirt from NightWhisper Lolita in white, size S-L. I literally just received this in the mail and tried it on briefly. This thing is HUGE. Sooooo poofy. I unfortunately am not into super poofy pettis, so I will pass it on to someone who wants to be a poof monster!
