This auction is for a brand new New Lolita Super Gorgeous Pannier in white. Closet Child sell them new in their lolita stores and they are from the brand “New Lolita”. The pannier I am selling has never been taken out of its packaging. I have an identical one which I have worn, which is what I used for the photos so that you can see how it looks splayed out.

This petticoat is great since it’s very full and good quality. It has a stretchy waist as well.

It is made with 100% polyester
