Enchantlic Enchantilly OTK + Brooch Set
Condition: Brand New! OTK does not have original tags but has never been worn or tried on. Brooch has the original tag

OTKs are polka dot with one having a teacup and the other having a teapot - the labeling is when the brand was just CHantilly
