*Note I'm a 7.5/8 US size...and lol I definitely choose the wrong sizing. Even with inserts this is a huge no, it has way too much of a gap for me. size 41 is like a US size of 8.5-9 (more on 9 I believe)

It is brand new and has just been sitting in my closet 

I do not have the original box that it came with.
