Cost of shipping is shouldered by the buyer. If using USPS within the USA, shipping should be no greater than $15.50 (full cost will be charged before shipping; if variable rate shipping ends up cheaper, I will issue a partial refund).
Items will ship within a week and a half of final payment, most likely on the next Saturday morning.
