I got this overskirt from Souffle song, which they are currently selling for ~$37 plus shipping. I will try to hunt down the black ribbon ties for you so you can actually tie this. I'll give a heads up if I can't find them for some reason. It's just a simple black satin ribbon tie though you could even find at a craft store.

Anyway, this over skirt is so cute and light but just a biiit small for me, so I'm selling :) Never worn just tried on once or twice. You can also tie up the little ribbon strips in the front to create different looks!

Waist - 74-89cm (my waist is around 80cm but it still somehow feels a bit small? let me know if you need a more specific measurement. The corset lacing will allow you to tighten or loosen the fit)
