I’ve had this blouse for over 5 years and used to wear it a lot but despite that it is in excellent condition with no major flaws.
no rips, no stains.
There is pilling along the edges of the ruffles. The button holes have some wear. 
And down the center line of the buttons there is a pulled thread. There is also a pulled thread on the back of the collar.
