This navy blue sailor style OP dress has cute pintucks in the front, a corset back (NO SHIRRING) and modified cuffs for the sleeves to allow more room for the arms. It looks great over a petticoat and perfect for spring outings! The front of the dress does have some staining for when it was pressed at the cleaners (see photo). The FLAT measurements are 15 in (38 cm) for the BUST, 14 in (35 cm) for the WAIST.

Accessories are not included. This dress has been dry-cleaned after each wear. I am a non-smoker and have three adorable dogs at home.
