Overskirt is a nice rich navy blue color that's hard to read in the photo.

It's very cute but does run small and between sizing and lack of navy in my wardrobe it's getting the boot.
There is a side zip going up the skirt and a middle part that fans out with a small bow.

I would estimate this skirt for someone a little smaller than me, with a more petite waist. 

I do live with 2 cats I try to keep them away from my wardrobe but this isn't always possible, please purchase at your own risk. I will try to lint roll everything before it goes out.
