Got this JSK since I loved the print but feel like it fits a lot tighter than listed. Only tried on once, comes with a pin on now and gold ribbon to tie the back which is fully shirred. Waist ties are removable.
Listed measurements they gave, I recommend smaller than 115cm bust wise:
