I bought this from the Glitzywonderland sale they had in 2017 in December.  This is an indie brand I believe but I cant even find the tag for it. I've measured it in Flat Measurements 

Bust 37 cm
Waist 34 cm
Length 72 cm

There is shirring in the back so it definitely can stretch  quite a bit. I've maybe worn this a handful of times. No stains or damages that I can see. Comes from a home of two dogs and a cat. They are not really near the dresses. 
 I've included a head bow I bought separately to match the dress.
