Just making sure, so the measurements are in cm? And doubled, the bust is 120cm?

Yes they are measured in cm :) and roughly 120cm should be correct. I cannot guarantee it won't be off by a centimeter or two as I am not a professional tailor and can't take professional measurements. If your bust is 120cm, it might be a little too tight. I think the max comfortable bust for this garment would be 117-118cm ish.
