This is a lovely, dark blue velvet, Putumayo OP with an Alice in Wonderland motif on the skirt.  It was purchased new store several years ago, and only tried on but never worn out.  It includes the little white haircomb with the white rabbit that was also purchased at Putumayo.  The back is fully shirred and very stretchy and comfortable.
Please see the last photo for color reference as it was very difficult to capture the blue shade of the fabric while on the mannequin.

The item fits me at my measurements which are as follows
Bust: 34"
Waist: 28"
Hips: 36"
