This was originally a jumper but I converted it into an elasticized skirt.
It has been worn perhaps 4-5 times but is still in very good condition.
The light color of the skirt is NOT paper-white, it's more of a cream(?) color.
This skirt is NOT lined, but the fabric is thick enough so that the petticoat does not show through. Measurements: Waist: 20-36" (10" across, 18" stretched)
