An Alice and the Pirates skirt I bought a couple of years ago second hand at a convention booth. Waist ties are included, but the skirt was missing the rose ribbons when I purchased it. I've only tried this on once, but I am not the first owner.
I own one cat, but I do not allow her inside my closet. I will lint roll items before sending it out to ensure that there's little to no cat hair on your items.
