Bought secondhand but never wore it. It is VERY short. Perfect for jgoth and ero. The skirt has a layer of chiffon on top. The neck ribbon is not detachable and the choker part closes with 2 snaps.
The mannequin in the photos has the following measurements. I think you could get away with a slightly larger bust due to the cut, but not a larger underbust.

Hi, on the 2nd and the 4th pic, is the back supposed to be opened or it's not not able to zip up on the mannequin?

Correct, the back is a keyhole cut so the zipper stops where you see it in the photos.
