The dress is a lightweight woven polyester, and the two layers of the skirt rubbing together can make a "swish" sound which I personally found annoying. If you aren't incredibly particular and sensitive to noise, that should be a non-issue, but I thought I'd mention it.

Hi! Flat measurements are in the Lolibrary link at the bottom of the post. The shirring is very stretchy, the waist goes from around 70-80 cm but can also be brought down with the corset lacing.
