♡Condition - Has Damages and Missing items: I purchased this dress second hand and there were damages undisclosed that were not photographed, mainly running in the print. It appears this dress was washed and the yellow die ran. There is bleeding from various yellow parts, please see photos for details. Overall the dress may have a different hue as well, it is hard for me to tell as I do not have another one to compare it to. Dress is also missing detachable waist bow, detachable star clip, and the back corset shirring ribbon.
While I looked it over carefully and noted these flaws, please be advised that because it is second hand I might have overlooked small signs of wear or other small damages, including other close ups of the print running.

ship from the US. I require full tracking, insurance, and signature
confirmation for all
items currently due to the value and the recent issues with COVID and
USPS. These costs are factored into the shipping price on this listing.
Signature confirmation will be for who the package is
addressed to and the name on the Paypal payment. I can only ship to a
confirmed (Verified) Paypal address. If address is not Confirmed, buyer
is responsible for the refund fee and must resend again so the address
is Confirmed. I ship via USPS in a brand new Priority Box. I can ship
internationally but the rates are very expensive for USPS International.
