I bought this second hand, it was modified to fit plus size so I modified it back to fit me at a 26" inch waist. However I ended up making it to big so it will fit up to a 28" - the original was box pleated, but this modification made it gathered. Waist ties missing, bought in this condition. Low price because I've been trying to sell it forever! If you want it made to your waist size let me know and I can modify it for you!
