Hello! Yes, the back is fully shirred so it is very stretchy! ^^
I'm out of town right now so I can't check for myself, but lolibrary lists the max bust as 108 cm~ so it's possible but it might be uncomfortable ^^; I can check for sure as soon as I get home though!
