Baby The Stars Shine Bright skirt and head bow set that is very plus size friendly!!

I bought this skirt secondhand a few years ago but it's become too large for me.

I've never worn it out of the house and it's in great condition for an older skirt, with the exception for a few discolorations. The discoloration is unnoticeable when the skirt is being worn.

This skirt includes matching waist ties and and matching head bow. I live in a home no smokers or pets.

This skirt has been altered to add the full shirring as opposed to the original partial shirring.
