This is a black, regular length Chiropteran Garden skirt by Mossbadger in size 20. The reference link is the only Chiropteran Garden item in Lolibrary.
Length: 60cm or 23.5" from bottom of waistband to bottom of hem lace, with 4.5cm or 1.75" non-interfaced waistband
Waist: 40"-44" (roughly 102cm-112cm) per Mossbadger's size chart. I would not recommend going over this measurement.
This item has been tried on once, resulting in the white pulling of the print at the waistband's side seam shown in the last photo. When resting on the hanger, it is slightly visible, as you can see in my photo of the front of the skirt. This is why I would not recommend going over the max measurement, or even really maxing it out at all.
