I've stored this for several years now but I have only worn it once since purchasing it so I think it's time to give it a new home.
The dress zips up in the back and has no shirring, so please look at the measurements down below carefully. The sleeves have elastic inside to hold it close to your arms. Please look at the image to see it stretched. Due to the nature of the sleeve, I don't believe it will stretch much further than this.
There are minor yellowing stains along the inner collar, and a couple of very small orange spots where the waist bow attaches. The original waist tie buttons were reattached by the previous owner.

It's meant to sit at midwaist! The torso does seem a little short but I compared it to one of my ap dresses (candy sprinkle jsk) that sits at my waist and they line up :)
