I couldn’t find much information about this dress, I was able to find a few similar jsks that use this ornamental flocky fabric.

It is in fairly good condition. I bought it used and was never able to fit it so I decided to let it go. It has partial shirring that allows a little giver but I wouldn’t say any more than an inch or so. The jacquard is in tact as in none of it has rubbed off but it does seem to have some lint and feeling of wear.
