Moitie velveteen lace skirt in black. This is a very old piece from 2004 and is in wonderful condition for it's age. Has some lacing at the back to tighten it and velvet bows which are hand tied. No official measurements available, however with using MMM sizing it is recommended for small waists. Velveteen will need to be brushed. There are some loose threads on the bottom, please see second photo (image has been lightened for clarity, the threads are normal wear and tear and does not affect wearing the skirt). No stretch in fabric or lacing. Please note that this is a secondhand product, sold as is, and that while I have searched for flaws the colour of the skirt may lead to me missing something.
