Very rare piece with the original ribbon. I'd say it's 95% new - I bought it and just keep it in my closet, never worn by me. However there're 2 stains on left & right sleeves separately as images shown. It's not noticeable when wearing the dress. 
This auction is valid until end of Sep. If it doesn't be sold I might keep this OP in my closet :'(
