Very sought after and rare dress. It was my dream dress for 2 years. Sadly it doesn't fit me so I am letting it go.
Sorry for the crappy photos, I don't have a crinoline to puff the skirt up, so I put the catalog photo so that you see how it looks like.
I bought it for $500+shipping+import customs. It has been selling for $500 the last times it was up for auction. 

Description from the collector I got it from:
Fits well at 93cm bust and 72cm waist, super flattering and can fit smaller, but I wouldn't recommend to go any larger. Has a lovely overlay in the most perfect shade of navy and beautiful rose print underneath in very unique colors. Like new condition, purchased second hand but never worn.

Measurements taken by me, flat:
Bust: 80cm (I would say up to 85cm when worn on due to the bust shape / cups (?) space)
Waist: 70cm
From neckline to waist: 22cm
From straps to waist: 34'5cm
Total length: 85cm
