Moi-meme-Moitie Rose Pintuck OP

Bought secondhand but never wore it myself. The waist is fully elasticated but the sleeves don't have any elastic. One of the waist tie loops needs to be partially reattached, photo included of this. The colour is not a uniform shade of off-white due to slight yellowing/discolouration from age. I haven't tried to wash it with a brightening detergent though. The discolouration isn't very noticeable on the front but the back seems to be a bit more yellowed. It is somewhat wrinkled from storage.
