colorway: navy x white

I purchased & received this from another seller about a month ago, but haven't been able to make it work for me.
OP & headbow have been washed & tried on once.
Condition-wise, I rate both items together 9/10.
Please note: the color is a VERY dark almost black-blue (NOT black).
There's a slight shimmery effect on the silvery/gray underdress ruffles(?).
Though the underbust/waist has elastic (none in the sleeve armholes), I would recommend this dress for smaller bust-sizes (no more than a small 36" would be ideal I think).
