Cute casual OP from the early 2000s. I'm not sure of the exact release year or the name of the piece so I'm guessing based off of the tag. Slightly stretchy poly fabric. Buttons up in the back - no zipper. It is in good condition for its age. Fabric is mildly worn and some of the buttons have been sewn back on.
