This dress is in very good condition for its age (I believe it was released around 2000 or 2001), but has some signs of wear. Many of the embroidered dots have some loose threads (see photos). This is not noticeable when worn and I believe it could be easily fixed if you are patient enough. Due to the shirring, the waist is free sized. The bust could go up to approximately 36". Please note: I do have pets, however they are not allowed near my wardrobe.
