Originally came with some sort of apron/overdress? Only the plain OP is included as seen in photos.

Flaws
-Hem seam has come undone. Will need to be re-hemmed entirely.
-Minor pull on sleeve
-Factory defect on the back waist seam (please see photo)
-Several light white stains (please see photos)
