I think this is the Rose Cross Original Lace headband.
Super pretty but it doesn’t suit me.
It’s in decent condition but the ribbon (not sure how to describe it) that holds the bow together is a little loose and sometimes it needs adjusting before it is worn. The positive is that the bow can be slid to different positions on the headband.
