I would not recommend this to any plus size Lolita as in i have been in love with this dress for years before meta made plus size and when i got it, i couldn't fit it.
Will not recommend someone with broad shoulders or big chest or chubby arms.
Also if i can find the blue belt ribbon i will include it but i can't find it right now as in i have had this dress with me since i moved out of my parent house.
Bust : 82cm maybe you can stretch it to 90 but nothing over 100.
