Moi-meme-Moitie Gathered Frill OP

I bought this recently and the seller said that it was new with tag but the tag has been misplaced. Regretful sale but the dropped waist cut doesn't work for me. It's never been worn but there are signs of age - the waist ribbons have frayed at the end and there is some pilling in a small area at the side of the bodice. The photo of the pilling is a close up and it is far less noticeable in person. I haven't tried to fix these flaws but it should be an easy fix.

I'd also be interested in trading, preferably for a different Moitie piece. BIN price is for trading purposes.
