I believe this skirt is at least 15 years old but I can't find it on Lolibrary. In good condition for its age. Fits a waist of 26" or less. It came with an underskirt that is not attached and I'm uncertain if they originally came together.

Hello, just wanted to comment that this is from 2001, if I recall there is a version with navy flocking is well, it was never featured in a GLB advert due to being just too old. There is a full length version of the skirt as well as a handkerchief with the print. I have stock photos from I think Tokyo Alice for this skirt if you want them.
