Bought secondhand in very good condition aside from the chest ribbon becoming detached from the bodice. It is included with the dress but not currently attached. Should be an easy fix as everything is included, the bow simply needs to be retied and sewn on. The lace frill is detachable which allows for versatility in dressing it up or down. Best fits 34" bust and 27" waist but can go a bit larger. Has waist-ties and thus can suit a smaller size also.
