Moi Meme Moitie's 2010 Divine Cross JSK in the blue and white colorway. I hate to see this go, but it was just gathering dust in my wardrobe. Plus size friendly up to 110 cm, I recommend being under that (105 max) or else the front of the bodice looks a bit odd and the boning in the bodice may warp. Minimum bust size is about 82 cm.
Purchased secondhand from Wunderwelt, never worn by me, only tried on.
