Haven't kept a close eye on the secondhand market for a couple of years but I remember whenever someone in Japan tried to sell these they wanted outrageous prices for them.

Wrinkled from being tied. The base colour is a very nice dark navy, close to black. Made in silk, the design is woven, not printed. As common in silk, this tie is perceived differently depending on the light, in natural lighting it is more blue, in electric light more black. The woven design is silver/grey which gets a bluish tint in natural light. I have on request added to additional photos showing this colour change depending on light, the photos taken on wood floor is in natural morning light, the other is take seconds later in the shadow of the same light, a metre apart.
