I've looked the dress over carefully and the only flaw I could find was this incredibly tiny snag on one of the waist ties (see photo). The fabric is very delicate so I might have missed something equally as small.

Hi, the waist is free (the dress is high waisted), the bust measurement on lolibrary is accurate. Shipping to France is £9. :)
