laid flat the measurements are for a 32" bust. there is some partial shirring on the back of the bodice that will stretch an extra ~3", but the bodice is also boned so that might affect comfort a bit

beautiful silky and plush satin material. no waist ties - only a ribbon for tying around the waist. it's in mint condition. i bought it directly from moitie and you can have the pen they gave me as well.
