Beautiful dress by Moitie with a lovely flocked rose pattern.
Bust, waist and sleeves have full shirring.
The dress is in wonderful and very good condition!
I've only wore it twice and washed it once.
Please note that the waist band isn't the original one. I replaced it with a new band.
The flocked pattern has a little bit faded on the sleeves (see photos).
