This item has been modified as has some visible issues on the shoulder front and back seam, hence the price. I decided to cut out the cape because I thought it would look better, but I didn’t finish cleaning up the edges 🥲 I don’t have the cape to reattach unfortunately! Aside the cape removal the item is still in NWT condition and fully wearable. The edges are largely hidden by the epaulettes, it’s the shoulder/arm seams itself where you can still see extra fabric, smaller scissors could remove the rest I think but I don’t have any. 

Can be worn with pants or a skirt/JSK! The material is somewhat stretchy.
