This blouse is in perfect condition and is modified to fix the tiny upper sleeve and bust button strain problems many of us buster lolitas deal with. I understand that modifications are a downside to some, but as I paid $70 for this blouse initially as well as paying for modifications, I think 60 USD is more than generous.

I am cleaning out my closet of pieces I no longer wear and am open to shipping multiple items together for only one shipping charge, but if you want to do this please let me know in advance :)
