This is a heavily modified Bodyline Skirt. The original skirt was high-waisted with shirring and corset-lacing. That portion of the skirt has been removed for a standard waistband. The modification was NOT sewn by a professional, and the inside is not finished cleanly. However, from the outside it looks fine and the zipper works without issue.
