Lovely OP by Moitie. The entire piece is chiffon with a floral lace style flocky pattern. It's a very light dress, great for warm days.
It has no noticeable damages, but the flocky design has worn off from the underarm area due to rubbing (it's not visible when worn).  
Full shirring and empire-ish waist are very flattering for curvy bodies and slim alike.
