Hello ! My waist is 70 cm but I still can wear this skirt (but it is harder)). So I think thant 70cm is the absolute max.

Hello, I think it could be confortable. I used to wear it with a blouse under it when my waist size was 68cm and it wasn't uncomfortable at all. :)
