Lovely older Moitie skirt. Hem needs repairs, but that's invisible when worn.

The waist would probably fit 25 inches/64cm max, and there is no elastic at the waist. It’s in generally good condition, but it does not feel "new" and the hem has been repaired a couple different times (not visible from the outside) and might need a little more work in the near future. It’s an easy fix, but I’m just not willing to do it/have it done myself, so I’d rather let it go to someone else. It has lining, a side zipper, beautiful velveteen details, and a hidden pocket.
