Absolutely gorgeous dress! The chiffon is extremely soft compared to other chiffon pieces I own. I just got it in the mail and tried it on briefly. I am the second owner but it is in excellent condition.
The underbust area is fully shirred! Very plus size friendly!! There is also shirring on the upper arm area. Please note that the dress was supposed to come with some ribbon lace decorations/details. When I received it, it did not come with the ribbons so it will be sold AS IS. Length: about ~88cm Sorry I couldn't find the lolibrary/reference for this. :c
